HARRISBURG – Aiming to ensure Pennsylvanians have access to additional COVID-19 treatments, the House Health Committee advanced today legislation by Rep. Dawn Keefer (R-York/Cumberland) to allow for prescribing and dispensing drugs approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for off-label use to treat coronavirus infections.
HARRISBURG – While the lowest bid is certainly the most attractive, it is not always in the best interest of taxpayers to accept it when it comes to projects. With that in mind, the House State Government Committee approved House Bill 2269 by Rep. Dawn Keefer (R-York/Cumberland) to require state officials to also consider a perspective contractor’s documented prior performance in other states.

Saving Title IX in Pennsylvania
